Often referred to as a sinus infection, sinusitis is when the lining of the sinuses becomes inflamed and swollen.
Symptoms of sinusitis usually clear up within a few weeks, but medication can be provided if it’s taking a long time to clear.

There are several common symptoms of sinusitis, including:- Having a blocked nose
- Yellow or green mucus coming from your nose
- Tenderness around your eyes and cheeks
- A persistent headache
- Fever
- Toothache and pains
- Loss of smell
