Get the morning after pill quickly and confidentially, with a private chat and no need to give your name
Accidents happen with contraception. You might have missed a pill, been sick after taking one, forgotten your next injection, or had a condom split. You may have had sex without using any contraception at all. If you are worried that your usual contraception may not have worked, our emergency contraception service is here to help.
If you think you need emergency contraception, it is important to act as quickly as you can.
What happens
We can supply emergency contraception, sometimes called the morning after pill, from the pharmacy.
We will need to see the person the emergency contraception is for. The pharmacist will ask a few questions about your medical history in our private consultation room. Your pharmacist is a healthcare professional, and everything you discuss stays completely confidential. You do not need to give your name, your address or any other personal details.
Is there a charge?
This is a private service, so the pharmacy charges a fee. Please ask us and we will tell you the cost before you decide to go ahead.
Who it is for
The service is for anyone who has had unprotected sex, or who is concerned that their regular contraception may not have been effective.
To arrange this, please come into the pharmacy and speak to a member of our team.
